Il se r\u00e9unit une \u00e0 deux fois par mois.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_tta_accordion style=\u00a0\u00bbmodern\u00a0\u00bb color=\u00a0\u00bbblue\u00a0\u00bb gap=\u00a0\u00bb15&Prime; c_position=\u00a0\u00bbright\u00a0\u00bb active_section=\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0\u00bb no_fill=\u00a0\u00bbtrue\u00a0\u00bb collapsible_all=\u00a0\u00bbtrue\u00a0\u00bb][vc_tta_section title=\u00a0\u00bbL&rsquo;Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale\u00a0\u00bb tab_id=\u00a0\u00bb1649203223406-474551d4-eb81&Prime;][vc_column_text animation=\u00a0\u00bbanimation bottom-to-top\u00a0\u00bb]\n<p align=\"justify\">L&rsquo;Assembl\u00e9e G\u00e9n\u00e9rale est le moment majeur de la vie de l&rsquo;Association. <strong>Tous les parents d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ves sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 y participer<\/strong> , car ils sont tous, de fait, membres de l&rsquo;Association des parents d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ves.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Il se r\u00e9unit au moins deux fois par an, et notamment dans le mois qui suit la rentr\u00e9e scolaire, pour proc\u00e9der au remplacement des membres du Conseil d&rsquo;Administration d\u00e9missionnaires, sortants ou en fin de mandat. .<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Les parents disposent d&rsquo; <strong>un vote par famille<\/strong> . Tout parent peut se faire repr\u00e9senter au moyen d&rsquo;une procuration \u00e9crite remise avant l&rsquo;ouverture de l&rsquo;assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale au secr\u00e9taire du conseil d&rsquo;administration, en pr\u00e9cisant le nom du mandataire. Aucun membre ne peut \u00eatre porteur de plus de deux procurations.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Les <strong>pr\u00e9rogatives<\/strong> de l&rsquo;Assembl\u00e9e G\u00e9n\u00e9rale sont larges :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Il \u00e9lit ou renouvelle ses repr\u00e9sentants au Conseil.<\/li>\n<li>Elle entend le rapport p\u00e9dagogique pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par la direction du Lyc\u00e9e et d\u00e9lib\u00e8re sur le rapport d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 et le rapport financier de l&rsquo;APEEE.<\/li>\n<li>Elle discute du projet de budget pr\u00e9visionnel<\/li>\n<li>Plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, il d\u00e9lib\u00e8re sur les d\u00e9cisions importantes pour la vie de l&rsquo;\u00e9cole qui d\u00e9passent la comp\u00e9tence du conseil d&rsquo;administration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=\u00a0\u00bbLe Conseil d&rsquo;administration\u00a0\u00bb tab_id=\u00a0\u00bb1649203223424-b645e454-cf57&Prime;]\t<div id=\"thb-slidetype-6a10ab5373c29\" class=\"thb-slidetype about-title\" data-style=\"style2\">\n\t\t\n<h4><span class=\"thb-slidetype-entry\"><span class=\"lines\">Mission<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t[vc_column_text animation=\u00a0\u00bbanimation bottom-to-top\u00a0\u00bb]\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le<\/span><b> Conseil d\u2019administration<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> est l\u2019<\/span><b>organe gestionnaire<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> du Lyc\u00e9e Denis Diderot (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Non Profit Company<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">).&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il a pour fonction de donner les moyens humains, mat\u00e9riels et financiers \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tablissement afin de permettre son bon fonctionnement.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il participe \u00e0 son organisation en \u00e9troite collaboration avec le chef d\u2019\u00e9tablissement et le conseil d\u2019\u00e9tablissement, dans le respect de leurs attributions respectives. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le Conseil d\u2019administration est compos\u00e9 de 9 \u00e0 12&nbsp; parents d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ves b\u00e9n\u00e9voles \u00e9lus lors de l&rsquo;assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des parents. Un administrateur est \u00e9lu pour un mandat de deux ans, renouvelable <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">une<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> fois cons\u00e9cutivement. <\/span><\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text]\t<div id=\"thb-slidetype-6a10ab5373cf1\" class=\"thb-slidetype about-title\" data-style=\"style2\">\n\t\t\n<h4><span class=\"thb-slidetype-entry\"><span class=\"lines\">Fonctionnement<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t[vc_column_text animation=\u00a0\u00bbanimation bottom-to-top\u00a0\u00bb]\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le Conseil d\u2019administration est compos\u00e9 d\u2019un bureau qui comporte un Pr\u00e9sident, un Vice-pr\u00e9sident, un Secr\u00e9taire et un Tr\u00e9sorier, \u00e9lus parmi les administrateurs lors de la r\u00e9union de prise de fonction.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une assistante administrative aupr\u00e8s du Conseil d&rsquo;administration assure le suivi indispensable des dossiers qui rel\u00e8vent des comp\u00e9tences propres du CA, assure le secr\u00e9tariat des CA et des AG et permet une communication facilit\u00e9e entre le CA et les parents.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enfin, 2 parents b\u00e9n\u00e9voles accompagnent le CA dans sa fonction de contr\u00f4le de l&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les administrateurs travaillent au sein de commissions pour apporter avis ou suggestions sur des questions techniques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019ensemble du Conseil d\u2019administration se r\u00e9unit une fois par mois avec les repr\u00e9sentants de l\u2019administration (Proviseur, Directeurs de l\u2019\u00e9cole primaire, DAF\/Gestionnaire) et trois repr\u00e9sentants \u00e9lus du personnel (Administration, Primaire, Secondaire) afin de passer en revue les projets d\u2019investissement, les travaux en cours et de contr\u00f4ler la tr\u00e9sorerie du lyc\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le Conseil d\u2019administration est responsable devant les parents d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ves qu\u2019il informe au moins deux fois par an des d\u00e9cisions prises.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A l\u2019instar des repr\u00e9sentants de l\u2019administration et du personnel, le Conseiller Culturel aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019Ambassade de France est membre de droit du Conseil d\u2019administration ; ils ont tous une voix consultative.<\/span><\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text]\t<div
