Pour beaucoup, le changement climatique reste un concept abstrait, surtout lorsqu’ils vivent dans des r\u00e9gions qui, jusqu’\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9pargn\u00e9es par ses effets n\u00e9gatifs.
\nL’art est un moyen effectif d’offrir \u00e0 tous une vision de ce \u00e0 quoi l’avenir pourrait ressembler si nous continuons d’\u00eatre inconscients, mais aussi si nous d\u00e9cidons de mener des actions.
\nL’eau, c’est la vie ! Malheureusement, c’est le manque d’eau, d\u00fb au r\u00e9chauffement climatique, qui a port\u00e9 cette dure r\u00e9alit\u00e9 \u00e0 notre attention.
\nDans certaines r\u00e9gions du monde, la mont\u00e9e des eaux constitue une v\u00e9ritable menace pour la survie des populations et des territoires. Dans d’autres, son absence a entra\u00een\u00e9 des d\u00e9serts qui ont m\u00eame chass\u00e9 les habitants.
\nDans le cadre de la sensibilisation autour du th\u00e8me de l’eau et du changement climatique, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves du lyc\u00e9e fran\u00e7ais de Nairobi ont \u00e9t\u00e9 inspir\u00e9s par le th\u00e8me de l’eau et du changement climatique. Ils ont eu l’id\u00e9e de cr\u00e9er une \u0153uvre d’art pour leur projet th\u00e9matique intitul\u00e9 : \u00ab\u00a0Avec ou sans eau\u00a0\u00bb.
\nLes \u0153uvres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es au r\u00e9cent concours d’art de la 75e c\u00e9l\u00e9bration des droits de l’homme des Nations Unies, o\u00f9 le LFIDD a re\u00e7u un prix sp\u00e9cial du jury pour les \u0153uvres d’Antoine C., d’Anaelle B., de Godall M. et d’Amia C.
