Alexandra Ndolo visits LFIDD for a unique fencing experience

On Saturday, December 7, 2024, the Lycée Français International Denis Diderot (LFIDD) had the honor of welcoming Alexandra Ndolo, an internationally renowned fencer, two-time African champion, and Kenya’s representative at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.

This exceptional event offered students an exciting introduction to the world of fencing. Alexandra Ndolo delivered a captivating demonstration before leading an interactive session. Alongside Alexandra and coach Ashley Ngoiri, the students explored the history, rules, and techniques of this fascinating sport.

Building on this enriching experience, LFIDD is delighted to announce a fencing camp during the February 2025 holidays. This initiative aims to integrate fencing into the Extra-Curricular Activities (AES) program starting September 2025.

This event reflects LFIDD’s commitment to providing diverse and enriching experiences that combine culture, sports, and excellence, inspiring students to explore their potential in various fields.

A heartfelt thank you to Alexandra Ndolo and all the partners who made this memorable event possible.
