An unforgettable encounter with Dany Dann, Olympic silver medalist in breakdance
Friday March 31, our CM1, CM2, and some middle school students had the incredible opportunity to meet Dany Dann, Olympic silver medalist at the Paris 2024 Games, and his team. Invited by the Cultural Service of the Embassy in collaboration with the Alliance Française, he came to share his passion for breakdancing with our students.
During this special event, students discovered the art of breakdancing through engaging discussions with Dany Dann and his team. They learned about the key moves of this discipline and watched in awe as the dancers performed them live. Between breathtaking demonstrations and inspiring exchanges, this experience offered a fascinating dive into this unique and dynamic art form.
A huge thank you to Dany Dann and his fellow breakdancers for this memorable moment of passion and sharing. Our students left with stars in their eyes—and maybe even a new passion for breakdancing!
