At the end of April, our Première (Grade 11) students stepped out of the classroom to visit Olvea Kenya, a local company known for its avocado oil production.
Led by Jean-Arnaud JANVIER, the site director, the students explored the company’s operations from fruit collection to oil extraction, and learned about sustainable business practices and the structure of a medium-sized company.
This field trip helped students connect theory to practice and deepened their understanding of international trade, local resource management, and green innovation.
A big thank you to the Olvea team, and especially to Mr. Janvier, for offering such an engaging and instructive experience!
