From November 27 to December 2, the 6thth edition of the Semaine des Lycées Français du Monde (SLFM); organized by the AEFE this year on the theme of sport, in connection with the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
As usual, the Lycée Denis Diderot took part in the event, offering activities for all its students.
Our elementary school pupils (CP to CM2) took part in discussions on the theme of this year’s event: “Learning, getting involved, blossoming: sport for all”. Each class debated and exchanged ideas on different sub-themes proposed by the teachers, such as “What does sport bring to your life? Following these debates, the students were then invited to share their reasoning by making short videos. These will soon be available on the school’s website and on the page dedicated to the event on the AEFE website.
For our secondary school students, the teaching teams organized a number of challenges around the number “2024” and the motto “faster, higher, stronger”.
