As part of Well-being Week, three students from the LFIDD School Newspaper Club — Gabrielle Morel, Zena Ndlovu, and Racha Selatnia — chose to focus on an important and sensitive topic: school bullying.
In their article, they explore what victims truly feel, the impact on witnesses, and the consequences for those who bully others. Their goal: to raise awareness and encourage everyone to take action.
To better understand how to respond to bullying, the students also interviewed members of Team SAWA, the LFIDD support group dedicated to preventing and addressing bullying within the school community.
This inspiring piece will be featured in the first issue of the LFIDD School Newspaper, coming soon!
A big congratulations to our young journalists for their thoughtful work and their commitment to creating a safe, caring and empathetic school environment.
